Shipping Policy
At Windsor London, we want you to feel confident about your order from the moment you click “checkout” until your parcel arrives at your door. That’s why we’ve written down everything you need to know about how we process and ship your items.
Once your order has been placed and payment has gone through, our team will start preparing it for dispatch. This usually takes anywhere between 1–3 working days. We put care into each order, and if for any reason things take a little longer, you’ll always receive an email from us letting you know about the change.
As soon as your parcel leaves our hands, the delivery journey begins. Most parcels arrive within 5–10 working days, though the exact timing depends on your location and the courier. Weekends and bank holidays don’t count towards these delivery times, so please keep that in mind. Just like with processing, if anything changes along the way, we’ll send you an update by email so you’re never left in the dark.
The moment your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. This way, you can follow your parcel step by step until it arrives.
To avoid any hiccups, it’s very important that the delivery details you provide at checkout are accurate and complete. Unfortunately, if an address is incorrect, we can’t be responsible for lost or delayed parcels. In cases where a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer will be asked to cover the cost of re-shipping.
For customers outside the UK: please note that customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority, and they are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or control these costs, but we want you to be aware of them before placing your order.
Although most deliveries run smoothly, there can sometimes be delays caused by customs checks, courier issues, or busy seasonal periods. In rare cases, this means shipping may take longer than expected. If this happens, we will keep you informed and help as best we can.
